Please make sure the bill is from 1060 OBGYN and not from other facilities such as laboratories, hospitals, or an explanation of benefits.
Please be aware that you will be billed for all telemedicine and telephone consults. If you call to request a call back from a provider or to speak to a provider, the consult will be billed to your insurance on file.
